Who are the Voice Z associates and what are their qualifications?

Our associates are University of New Hampshire students who are highly skilled and passionate about digital marketing. They actively pursue their education while gaining hands-on experience in the field. To stay ahead in the ever-evolving digital landscape, they complete online certifications and courses every semester, ensuring they remain up to date with the latest trends, tools, and strategies. Their continuous learning and innovative perspectives allow us to deliver creative, data-driven marketing solutions for our clients.

What are the packages available and are they limited?

At Voice Z, we provide four core digital marketing services: Digital Presence Audit, Social Media Strategy, Website Cleanup & SEO, and Photography & Videography. However, our packages are fully customizable—clients can mix and match services to create a tailored marketing solution that meets their unique needs. Whether you’re looking for a comprehensive strategy or just need specific support, we’re here to help you elevate your digital presence.

What tools and technologies does Voice Z use?

We utilize a wide range of industry-leading tools and technologies, including SEMrush, WordPress, Canva, Google Analytics, Adobe Suite, and various social media platforms. Our associates are highly adaptable and continuously expand their expertise by learning new technologies to stay ahead in the ever-evolving digital landscape. 

How will we communicate throughout the project?

We primarily communicate via email and arrange virtual consultation meetings through Microsoft Teams or Zoom. After the initial consultation, we’ll schedule a follow-up meeting with our team to discuss your needs in detail and ensure a seamless collaboration.

Who have we worked with in the past?

Many of our clients come to us through the Small Business Development Center (SBDC), but we work with any small business looking to enhance its digital presence. How long are the projects?

Our projects follow a semester-based timeline, aligning with the academic school year. This structure ensures our team stays organized, meets clear objectives, and consistently applies the latest digital marketing strategies.

When do applications open?
